Product Knowledge

To ensure all CCAs are trained in basic product knowledge and fashion guide test. Reviews continuously. New product information communication to all CCAs Training team members on mobile app usage and features (FAB).

Team Management

Motivating CCAs Focus the team to achieve targets Reviewing the performance Identifying developmental needs Training the team

Competition Survey

Check new trends and benchmark competition vis- -vis SS.

Shrinkage control

Identify most pilfered categories and set up systems to reduce the pilferage
