Dear Candidate,Were Opening forSr. HRRoles & Responsibilities :-Address 204, SNS Platina, Near Someshwara Enclave, Vesu, Beside Reliance Mega Mart, Surat 395007Reporting To CEOJob Summary1) Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functionaldepartments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience2) Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering datainto HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance3) Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues,conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters4) Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files,bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourlyemployee validations, and benefit changes5) Assist in the communication, interpretation, and upkeep of employee handbook, employee directory, andorganizational chart, and contributes to the development of policies6) Support departments in the development and delivery of strategic HR plans to fit with the overall business direction7) Plan, monitor, and appraise HR activities by scheduling management conferences with employees, hearing andresolving employee grievances, training managers to coach and discipline employees, and counselling employees andsupervisors8) Maintain management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies andprocedures9) Handle confidential matters with discretionRequired Skills:1) Masters degree in human resources2) 5+ years in human resources or recruitment3) Exceptional communication skills, writing skills, interpersonal skills, and ethical mindset4) Adept to problem-solving and conflict resolution5) Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems6) Familiarity with HR software and working knowledge of MS OfficeWork experience 3 Years - 5 YearsJob Timings 10:00 AM - 06:30 PM (Sunday Off)Regards,Team HR
