To assist the implementation and execution of Administrative functions as assigned, to the best of qualitative standards at the optimum cost. Collect quotations and present comparisons. Update of Inventory and Capital items list. Monitor terms and implementation of Maintenance and Service contracts by the vendors. Coordinate and follow up with govt/ semi govt bodies like state govt ds, Electricity Board etc. Upkeep of all our office through regular monitoring of House keeping service, pantry and office infra- structure. Ensure that the security systems are in place and fully effective. Monitor and report expenses on communication systems. Handle the dispatch function. Control of expenses and wastages. The candidate should be a Graduate/Post graduate and must have at least 1- 3 years relevant experience in similar function. The person must be result oriented, with liasoning and bargaining abilities and have a pleasant disposition. Age limit is 35 years,
