Developing Training modules related to HSE Conducting HSE induction training for all newly joined employees Conducting all HSE related Job specific trainings at site & Class room training Design and deliver EH&S training programmes, as directed by the Management He /she will assign appropriate job Specific Safety training and work with managers to ensure Training is completed as required by company and standards /guidelines. Develop and manage a variety of specific environmental, health, and safety programs Assist the HSE Expert Auditors for report preparation Other duties and responsibilities as assigned or deemed necessary by management Conduct HSE training need analysis and to develop training Plan Support site HSE leads to conduct the trainings at site. Organizing third -party trainings Identifying external trainings and coordinating Coordinating with all the project sites on training needs. Should be able to customize & deliver the training as per the need related to all HSE topics ,
