Job SummaryMonitor the utilization of Manpower & Machine to improve productivity by controlling process time. Monitor different production activities to achieve quality.Responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations in machine shops and assembly lines.Manage workers, production activitiesSupervises and coordinates activities of workers engaged in production machining of metallic or nonmetallic work pieces, applying knowledge of machine shop procedures,Machine tool setup and operating techniques, and production machining methods.To maintain the documents & report to management as per the quality system.Responsibilities and Dutiesmachining,inspection,qualitycontrol,productionplanning,general management,inspection,machiningOversees personnel in charge of operating machines that perform a variety of processing operations. Suggests improvements to process.Required Experience, Skills and QualificationsThorough knowledge of below given machines:Lathe MachinePipe/Plate/ Cone Rolling MachinePower Shearing Machine,Power Press, Brake Machine Electric CraneARC Welding Machine,Argon Sets SS Welding, Radial Drill Machine,Power Hacksaw Machine, Bench Grinder,Diesel Generator Pug Cutting Machine with Rail Air Compressor, Hand Grinder,Man lifting cranes, hydraulic tools etc.
