Job Description

Job Title: HR-Generalist Role (Male/Female)FOR a Pharmaceutical Plant in Tarapur

  • Good knowledge on Factory Act, Pay roll processing, contract labour, PF/ESIC, etc
  • Manpower planning, Recruitment, Induction and activities related to Recruitment
  • Liase with functional heads, Employees and related functions and to have a good coordination for a smooth operation
  • Maintaining a good and friendly coordination with Permanent workers/contractual
  • Union Management and liase with Labour Department
  • MIS reports
  • Employee engagement plans/Performance Management
  • Responsible for hire to retire process
Qualification : MBA in HR or DiplomaExperience : 3 to 5 yearsCompensation : NegotiableWill prefer to have local candidates
