Job Description

    Roles and responsibilities GST filing to prepare monthly Bank Reconciliation Statements of all Bank Accounts & to prepare the documents for the Bank required for finalization/ renewal of Bank Limits Finalization of Balance sheets. Handle statutory audits, TP Audits, Tax audits, and GST audits. Overseeing daily operations of the accounts department. Payment of PT, TDS, VAT, Service Tax, Advance Tax, etc. Able to meet deadlines and budget requirements. Manage and coordinate with the accounts team for the company, to ensure timely and correct recording of all financial transactions. Knowledge of Finalization of Accounting. Coordinate with audit for preparing balance sheetDesired candidate profile:Should be well-read & aware of the constant rules & regulations related to Tax, Compliance & real estate Should be technically sound & always eager to learn and grow Should have basics & fundamentals clear Should be aware of the practical/theoretical of RERA, the real estate industry, amendments under RERA, direct & indirect tax, GST, etc. Believes in teamwork & taking ownership of job role Should have a great eye for details & be a keen observer.Skills Required: detail-oriented, communication, team handling, analytical skill, ethics, Flexibility, and adaptability.Preferred Industry- Construction Company/ Real Estate/ Property Developers.Candidates hiring within Thane district location only.
