1. To attend court regularly as and when required.2. To keep management updated regarding daily status of court cases.3. To act as liaison between Management and Advocate & solicitors of the Company.4. To inform to the management regarding next date of court cases.5. To maintain all court related records and complete all filling work pertaining to all court cases in a proper and systematic manner. To maintain detailed records of any documents handed over to the court as evidence.6. To work with the lawyers / advocate to prepare documents for submission and to ensure that documents are presented to management at least a few days prior to date of submission.7. To do any all acts and deeds required to assist the lawyers / advocate to file fresh suit, serve notices upon defendants file public notices etc. To ensure that suits move forward appropriately.8.
