1) Client - Leading Global French MNC2) Job Title - Product Head ( Marketing)3) Location- Thane4) Experience :8- 12 years of relevant experienceJob Purpose-This role is responsible for creating unique digital products for promotions, ERM, and feeding it to the front end teams for monetisation. Levearaging the features to uniquely drive value to both merchants and clients/ customers and keep at the forefront of digital gifting and promotional solutions. The role also needs to enhance the ERM platform to leverage and drive volumes for TX brands and to enhance volumes through innovations like points plus cash etc.Key Result Areas- Developing new products on TX- Develop the ERM platform to integrate with TX, third party providers including e-commerce players to enhance volumes transacted on the platform.- Drive volumes on promotions using the TX platform with existing and new customers.- Marketing efforts and campaigns to generate adequate leads for new businesses for customer/ client acquisition as per annual business plans- Develop end-to-end process for smooth launch, execution and success of the products- Analyse and circulate promotion success metrics to user teams and management and identify areas of improvement and success replication- Coordinate and manage IT integration with brands, affiliates, clients for smooth execution of the promotions- Carry and deliver revenue targets generated through new innovations on TX and ERM platforms- Contribute articles on promotion mechanics and how TX can drive higher customer engagement for the website/ PR to improve SEO results on the company website- Be a team player for effective ideation and development of new products- Coordinate with other countries for sharing of best practices, understanding new products for adoption in India and building a case for these new products to be launched in India Working Conditions.- Desk Job / Participation in virtual meetings on Teams/ Conference callsKnowledge Skills Abilities- Digital & Social Marketing Excellent Communication Skills Multi Tasking- B2B & Online Marketing Excellent presentation skills Resourceful- Digital Strategy Interpersonal skills Creative- Product Marketing Negotiation Skills Self Driven/ Enthusiastic- Thinking on the feet Digital Campaign Planning Meticulous- MS office Marketing Communication,
