Job Description

Role Name:- Electrical Engineer(Residential & Infra Experience required)Designation :- Officer/ ExecutiveExperience:- 3-4yearsSalary offered:- 4.5 - 5.5 Lacs PA. CTC6days workingContract base job for 2 years can be extended according to performanceThird-party payroll (Transient Hr solutions PVT LTD)JOB DESCRIPTIONKey Responsibilities:

  1. Assisting in all HT, LT, and LV systems for all residential towers, retail and office buildings, as per approved layout drawings within specified timelines and quality specifications.
  2. Perform regular inspection on all equipment and materials and assist in installation & fabrication of the same.
  3. Assist to manage and perform tests on various materials and equipment like panels, cables, transformers, motors and maintain knowledge on all product specifications and ensure adherence to all required standards.
  4. Coordinate with architectural and civil teams for satisfying requirements for all electrical projects
  5. Monitor installation and perform tests on various cabling, wiring, and LV lines for all residential and commercial buildings.
  6. Assist in Installing and commissioning HT, LT FA, PA, CCTV, FTTH, and other LV systems.
  7. Supervise all electrical & LV work and collect data for certification to all contractor bills.
  8. Supervise all electrical works with all electrical safety norms.
Competencies & Criteria:
  1. Should be a graduate Electrical engineer having thorough experience in execution of all types of Electrical and Low voltage works for high rise buildings (G + 40 and above)
  2. Ability to study detailed AutoCAD drawings related to internal electrical & LV works, Electrical HT works from MSEDCL, external electrical, Fire alarm public address system, and FTTH works, point out deviations and instruct contractors and team members for the execution of electrical and LV works.
  3. Should be capable of executing and commissioning the works as per specifications safety and quality norms
  4. Should be able to assist the manager to coordinate with technical and commercial team members and resolve issues.
