Job Description

Ensure to take care of IR issues related to Contract Labour and various issues such as Bonus, wages and Employment of Labour.
Issuing confirmation appraisal forms to HODs and follow up with confirmation advice.
Implementation and review of policies from time to time. Supervision of Time Office Functions, leave records, operation of payroll.
Manage Store HR Officer & Asst. Manager HR at multiple locations Handling Labor contractors and co-coordinating for organizing manpower requirements.
Recruitment and Induction of Officers.
Facilitate the Performance Management Activities in coordination with the Head Office Statutory Compliance (Maintenance of Records and compliance under various statutory agencies such as factory inspector, labour office, ESI, Labour Welfare (Statutory and Voluntary), etc.) Core HR Activities Promotions, Transfers Grievance Redressal; Disciplinary proceedings.
