    Hello,Job opening as an Finance Manager Mumbai location- EPC- EngineeringAbout the Company: Engineering Procurement and Construction EPC projects for piping, structures, tanks and equipment fabrication and erection that span across India, the rest of Asia, Africa, Australia and Europe Turnkey Projects.Job Location : KanjurmargQualification : CAObjective Head the accounts and finance functions in line with Accounting principles,company policies, legal and audit frameworks applicableJob DescriptionEnsure accurate accounting of transactions, database, periodic reports within prescribed deadlines,Establish or update existing policies and procedures in guidance and approval from the management and enforce these policies and procedures across the organizationCarry out banking transactions and monitor cash flows, maintain reconciliation of bank balances on a daily basisEffectively manage treasury function, one of the most important line functions, within the purview of Finance Manager (and one of the most important KPIs) generate tangible revenue / income be it interest income, export incentives /license for imports against exports, return on investment funds etc.Liaise with Banks and Financial Institutions for arranging necessary fund based and non fund based facilitiesMaintain Profitability Analysis - Track and report site wise analysis of budgets, revenue and costs with recommendations to functional heads so as to meet set targets.Compile and analyze financial information to prepare financial statements including monthly, quarterly and annual accounts and in this regard, ensureaccurate and timely closing of monthly, quarterly and year end accountsContinuous monitoring & analysis of budget, actual and forecast with recommendations to management from time to time.Resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure that financial data of the company is accurate at all times.Ensure adequate preparation for Financial Audit and coordinate the audit process- internal, statutory, taxation and other regulatory authorities in Mumbai, Aurangabad, Goa and all other locations where requiredAnalyze and advise on business operations including revenue and expenditure trends, financial commitments and future revenuesAnalyze financial information to recommend or develop efficient use of resources and procedures, provide strategic recommendations and maintain solutions to business and financial problemsEnsure compliance on all taxation matters, company law matters, FEMA etcSupport ERP implementation and compliance on processes thereinImport export documentation & transactionsWe request you to go through the JD & if this job description suits your profile & you looking for a change then revert with the following details and updated cv.1.Current CTC & Inhand2.Expected CTC3.Residence location4.
