  • Answering customers questions about specific products/services

  • Looking for Candidates with strong communication skills and Interpersonal skills. Should be presentable. Should have basic knowledge of Digital Marketing
  • Should have a minimum 2 years of experience.
Responsibilities
  • Visiting Architects and Interior designers and generating leads
  • Tele calling Interior designers and Architects and following up with them.
  • Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
  • Answer customers questions about specific products/services
  • Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service
  • Inform customers about discounts and special offers
  • Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services
  • - Come up with a sales plan to increase sales
  • * To achieve monthly targets set up.
