Greetings from Buzzworks Business Services Pvt Ltd !We are hiring for our client a leading Manufacturing company in Trichy Plant.Position : Shift Engineer (Mechanical Maintenance)Experience : 2 to 5 YearsJob Location : TrichyShift : 3 ShiftJOB DESCRIPTION

• Prepare daily preventive maintenance schedules for Industrial Equipment.
• Stock level maintaining for critical spares
• planned for holiday breakdown maintenance works
• Knowledge & Exposure in 5S , TPM activities & Poka Yoke.
• Knowledge of pneumatic circuits
• Knowledge of Hydraulic rams & Splicer
• Knowledge of Limit switches, & sensor functioning
• Knowledge of reciprocating and screw compressors, Chillers & DG.
• Knowledge of Cummis Engines operation & Maintenance.
• Knowledge of conveyors maintenance
• Knowledge in chain drives, gear boxes ,Gear Pumps & Valves,
• Maintenance of Rotary equipment Centrifugal Pumps
• Overhauling of Mechanical / BOM/SS Mechanical Presses, Hydraulic Curing Presses.
• Trouble shooting of pneumatic controlled diaphragm valves and instrumentation controls
• Preventive maintenance of material handling Equipments Such as Conveyors , CRANES, FORK LIFTS, HYDRAULIC TROLLEYS
