Job Description

We are hiring candidates for Design Engineers for a leading Boiler Pressure Parts Manufacturing Industry in Trichy.DME/BE(Mech) candidates with relevant Experience in the prescribed field and good communication skills are preferred to apply for the position.Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.The candidate should be well versed in Autocad and solidworks and should possess all possible experience in the latest technologies .The candidates should have employed with Boiler Manufacturing industry in Designing.

  • Preparation of General arrangement drawings for Boiler and P & IDs in AutoCAD 2012.
  • Preparation of Materials for Customer/Consultant in power point.
  • 2D & 3D modelling using AutoCAD 2012Creation of 3D solid modelling for various sugar manufacturing equipment like Juice heater,
  • Evaporator, Vacuum pan, Crystalliser & Bagasse Dryer.
  • Creation of complete boiler assembly with structure in solid works and also preparing its detail
  • drawing.
  • Creation of Stemm Grab assembly in solid works and also preparing its detail drawing.
  • Detail engineering of all the above said equipment using Solid works.
  • Creation of Rendering views.
  • Creation of working animation and motion study.
  • Creation of piping isometrics in Solid works.
  • Having exposure in CFD using solid works
  • Having exposure in piping stress analysis.
