Senior IT Infrastructure & Operations AnalystThe IT Infrastructure and Operations Team is a part of Wolters Kluwer Global Business Services (GBS). GBS is designed to provide services to the business units in the areas of technology, sourcing, procurement, legal, finance, and accounting which includes our North American-Accounting Center. These global centers promote team collaboration using best practices around a specific focus area to drive results and enhance operational efficiencies. There is a constant endeavor to benchmark against best-in-class industry standards to improve the quality of deliverables, increase cost savings, enhance productivity and reduce time to market for products and applications.We are looking for Senior IT Operations Analyst with the following technical skillsHands-on Experience in Microsoft Azure/AWS and DevOps.Knowledge of IAAS/PAAS on Windows Azure and AWS Cloud PlatformKnowledge of Azure ILB/AppGateways/Traffic ManagersWorked on On-prem Infra to Cloud migration projects.Troubleshooting issues with Windows/Linux servers.Experience in deploying applications like Web apps, Web Services, and applications hosted on IIS/Azure Service Environments/Azure Service Fabric.Incident and change management process knowledge ITIL is preferredHands-on Experience in IIS administration.Understanding of various monitoring tools (Eg: Axonius, Zabbix, Opsramp, SCOM, F5, AppDynamics, PRTG, Pagerduty)Knowledge of application deployment and Build Repo tools like Azure DevOps/Teamcity/GIT/Jenkins/Octopus/Bladelogic.ITIL certification is a preference.Good Understanding of Networking tools and Network related troubleshooting.Good understanding of storage and backup administrationGood Understanding and troubleshooting skills on Active DirectoryITIL experience and experience on Release and Build deployment experienceUnderstanding of app and infra monitoring tools.Experience in Application Operations and DevOps skills are preferred.Powershell/Ansible/Terraform knowledge is preferred.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:IT OperationsUses appropriate tools to deploy and troubleshoot applications and deployments.Follow all the processes defined by the Business to ensure the expected outcomesApplication installation, management, upgrade, and maintenance.Effective use of IT infrastructure components and monitors their performance Monitor applications and troubleshoot to ensure 100 % system availability.Provide Feedback to dev and Qa teams to follow the best application deployment and ITIL processes.Maintain technical documentationRelationships and engagement:Implements Team engagement/ good communications with Team and relevant stakeholders, for example, handling of incidents; problems and issues; managing resolutions; change management corrective actions, and lessons learned collection and dissemination of relevant information. Uses feedback from customers and stakeholders for an effective work relationships.Job Qualifications & ExperienceEducation:Preferred: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, or a related fieldPreferred Domain Expertise Certificates depending on the role:Azure CertifiedWindows CertifiedExperienceMore than 05 years IT ExperienceMore than 05 years experience within an IT Operations RoleMore than 02 years experience working with Cloud ComputingOther Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, or Certifications:Experience in migrating services to Public Cloud (Azure/AWS)Soft Skills RequiredExcellent analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication and presentation skillsStrong client-service orientationSound business acumen and strategic skillsExcellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills; including strong presentation skills.Strong client-service orientationA positive attitude and the ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.Outstanding organizational skillsAbility to collaborate effectively at all levels and functionsOther DutiesPerforms other duties as assigned by IT Manager,
