Job Description

Main Responsibilities

  • Provide technical support to customer in west central region as per the market needs and Customer service as support to Sales for Gravure and Flexo ink customers West central India IMS activities for Kris (Daman) Innoflex I II (Indore) Monitoring and control.
  • Visit customers for trouble shooting/ new product trials / benchmarking against competition.
  • Co-ordinate with Technical team and discuss regarding customer needs. Provide required data to Technical team.
  • Liaison with sales / marketing team and help them in business development opportunities in the respective areas.
  • Prepare Monthly reports and submit as per time lines.
  • Provide training to new persons joining the organization related to application of inks.
  • Work closely with the team and provide customer visits feedback as and when required.
  • Maintain records of TDS and MSDS of all the products and explain the benefits both internal and external customers.
  • Liaison with QC team for any customer complaints. Help them to do root cause analysis by providing relevant data and support.
  • You will be responsible accountable for the Process Safety pertaining to the work area.
Profile
  • BSC/MSC in Chemistry or Diploma in Printing Technology.
  • Hands on experience of 5-8 yrs in relevant industry.
