POST TITLE : Business Analyst LOCATION : Baroda - India REPORTING TO : Respective Line Manager EXPERIENCE LEVEL : 3-5 Years PROJECT : Compass -

  • Requirement Analysis and Elicitation
  • Write story cards and narratives that are clear, concise, comprehensible
  • Liaise with Product Owner, SMEs
  • Provide business analysis support to Developers and QA team members during development
  • Perform Functional Testing
  • Proactively identify and resolve; analysis, scope, requirements issues
  • Demo the system to key stakeholders
  • Possibly groom/ mentor BA(s)
  • Strong written and verbal communication
  • Strong acumen for quickly understanding business processes of most business applications
  • Should be self-organized and quick learner
  • An understanding of Agile delivery methodologies (e.g. Scrum)
  • Hands-on on visualization, UX design using Axure tool.
Having UK Education domain knowledge would be an additional advantage ,
