We are looking for a motivated and well-spoken Inside Sales Representative to join our sales team. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for developing new leads, communicating with customers, understanding their needs, and ensuring a smooth sales process. You should be able to close sales and meet targets. Responsibilities :1) Source new Sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails2) Understand customer needs and requirements3) Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure4) Close Sales and achieve monthly goals5) Research & identify key players6) Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals7) Perform effective online Demos to Prospects Requirements :1) Proven Inside Sales / Sales experience2) Performance Track record of achieving targets.3) Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools4) Knowledge of SAAS / CRM would be preferable5) Excellent verbal and written communications skills6) Strong listening and presentation skills7) Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively8) Master s Degree Preferable,
