Coordination with the dispatching team on transport / courier requirement. Co - ordination with other branches to make sure that the process of material pick - ups and arrangements are done timely. Regular follow ups with transport team assuring on time deliveries. Arrange dispatch documents. Arrange transporter at minimum cost as and when required. Ensure goods dispatch to client as per planning. Requirements: Excellent communication skills. Essential any Graduate with computer knowledge. Should have good negotiating skills. Ability to establish and maintain effective working relations transporters. Fair idea of freight charges of goods including project cargo. Familiar with R.T.A rules as applicable for transportation.,
