Team leader will be responsible for mentoring and managing a recruitment staff of 10 to 15 Recruiter RESPONSIBILITY : Team leader will be responsible for end to end Client Co - Ordination. The responsibilities included Client Co - ordination, like regular follow - ups for new positions, submission status, interview schedules, post - interview feedbacks, joining formalities etc. Mentoring the team & motivating them for extra efforts which have to be put in while sourcing out for resumes. First round of Basic HR questioning, communication check, location updates, current company, job consistency, aggressiveness is something I make a point to check with all the candidates that the recruiters source. Responsibilities also included Business Development & Email communication with the prospective clients as well as those clients who had previously worked with us. The Report preparation will be one responsibility that the person have to handle on daily basis like preparing a cumulative report of all the recruiter s work. The person have to maintain a data consisting of all the joining that take place in a particular month. Responsible for Individual and Team target.,
