Profile: Indicate the criteria to be used for hiring or moving a person into this position.Educational Qualification ;-ITI Diploma & B.Tech. /B.E. Chemical Engineering Previous Exp. Industry to be hired from PESTICIDES processed based industry like Agrochemicals Fine / specialty chemicals Skills and Knowledge required Person shall have rich experience/ competence in production planning. Inventory management, plant safety/environment management, production cost and quality management. Trouble shooting in process problem. Sound fundamental knowledge of engineering involved in the process. Knowledge of ISO systems. Competencies (BehavioralSkills) required Good inter-personal skill for co-ordination and communication with various interfaces of operation. Good writing skill for technical reports.Maintain the production norms as per approved budget. Implement the cost saving initiatives in the production function. People Ensure smooth working of the department to maintain high Morale of the Workforce Execute training for new products manufacturing and skill up gradation. To provide training to sub-ordinates for testing during new molecule manufacture. Guide the sub-ordinates to trouble shoot the problems faced during process monitoring. Monitor and review performance of sub-ordinatesMonitory Non Monetary Including Documentation Expenses within the approved budget Appraisal of sub-ordinates Training need identification Sanctioning of leave Shift rotate management Authorizing work permits Recommendation for disciplinary action
