Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities
    • 1. To build a robust and profitable distribution network PTE/IC/ Distributers.
    • 2. To plan and execute sales and marketing activities for meeting the assigned business target
    • 3. To ensure activation and desired productivity levels of the PTE/IC/ Distributers in the team.
    • 4. To establish a performance culture in the team, through regular performance evaluation / reviews and robust monitoring mechanisms
    • 5. To take initiative for teams development through productivity improvement drives and /or training programs to enable them to achieve / exceed their assigned business targets.
    • 6. To ensure compliance and implementation of desired business practice for quality business procurement.
    • 7. Training & Development Ensure the Product training to the part time employees and resolving the queries as when they need it.
    • 8. Helping with call demonstration to HNI clients with part time employees,
    • 9. Tracking the performance of part time sales force on regular basis.
    • 10. Responsible for quality team development and playing important role in expanding the market.
    Candidate criteria :
    • Graduationis must.
    • age : 21-38
    • minimum 2 year any salesexperience.
