Job Description

Greeting from Gap Up Consultants !We have good Job opportunity for youDesignation: Collection ManagerLocation:Surat, Hyderabad, Vijayawada, Delhi, Pune, Indore, Nagpur, Amravati, Jaipur, Jodhpur

  1. To manage portfolio health for his territory.
  2. To ensure monthly and annual Collection targets are met.
  3. Identification / empanelling of collection agency for the region/branch.
  4. Monthly allocation, daily monitoring & performance review of the collection agency.
  5. Responsible directly to effect recoveries under existing NPA cases and for up-gradation (RB/Normalisation/OTS) of higher bucket cases.
  6. Customer visits to crack cases and negotiate quick closures
  7. To convert collections to ECS / NACH
  8. To reduce bounce ratio
  9. To implement control mechanisms to monitor same day collection entry in ERP.
  10. To handle customer dispute through field visits (Group recovery drive / visits), for problematic / complicated cases.
  11. To initiate timely legal action on defaulting customers and track proceedings periodically
  12. To analyse the delinquency and collection trend in various branches and suggest ways to improve in the areas of poor / moderate performance.
  13. To liaison legal proceedings and represent the company whenever needed.
  14. To resolve audit queries on time and ensure compliance.
  15. To ensureadherence to company-defined,ethical and accepted collection practices.
