A fast-growth and exciting Award-Winning IoT Company is looking for dynamic Sr. Manager - Service Operations (4 positions based at Delhi, Pune, Bhubaneshwar & Vijaywada)) to lead a team of Account Managers in ensuring Customer delight a every step. - You will be expected to work out of home / client location as per needs of the Organisation.- You MUST come with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience within a Telecom / IoT company, of managing a team and independently handling the Service Operations / Customer Service portfolio for a set of clients.Qualification : MBA Marketing. Additional IT / Technical / Engineering qualification preferable.Key Responsibilities:- Leading team of Account Managers - Follow up with internal stakeholders for customer escalations and updates- Maintaining and Building relationship with customers- Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently- Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling- Customer Account reconciliation- Billing and Collections- Customer Onboarding- KYC compliance- Knowing your competition, market developments and action planning accordingly- TSP billing and reconciliations,
