A fast-growth and exciting Award-Winning IoT Company is looking for dynamic Sr. Manager - Service Operations (4 positions based at Delhi, Pune, Bhubaneshwar & Vijaywada)) to lead a team of Account Managers in ensuring Customer delight a every step. - You will be expected to work out of home / client location as per needs of the Organisation.- You MUST come with 10 - 15 years of relevant experience within a Telecom / IoT company, of managing a team and independently handling the Service Operations / Customer Service portfolio for a set of clients.Qualification : MBA Marketing.
