Job Description

    Job purpose:To evaluate business requirements and to assist in building dedicated client specific UAT test plan and strategy to validate IT projects. To produce specific regression test package for a given client to review, approve and validate using the same. To execute comprehensive end to end UAT testing, ensuring that all operational workflow failures are identified and communicated to manager and IT for resolutionGeneral Duties:
    • Build client specific UAT plans that would result in array of Use Cases which can be used to validate project functionality and ensure there is no regression
    • Comprehensive UAT for all system enhancements, upgrades or bug fixes impacting operational workflow
    • To validate the correctness of IT projects including scenario, volume and regression testing
    • To ensure that all UAT schedules are met and regular feedback provided to relevant project resources together with explanation of issues faced, successful cases or significant slippage
    • To produce documented UAT results and conclusions for review and approval
    • Ensure that the software is implemented in accordance to the requirements specified by the client and stakeholders
    • Create detailed test cases and execute tests to ensure software is defect free and performs to match or exceeds client expectation
    • Interact more directly with business stakeholders, participating in requirements discussions, facilitating UAT
    • End-to-End testing of project applications in conjunction with the respective client and team
    • Clear and comprehensive logging of bugs/issues found during UAT ensuring timely follow up and resolution
    • Working closely with all levels of management, operational staff and multiple IT Teams
    • Complying with all applicable company, regulatory and internal compliance requirements
    • Ad hoc duties as required
    Qualification And Skills:
    • BTech / PG
    • Effective planning, organization, attention to detail and time management skills
    • Self motivated with a strong work ethic, able to work individually and within a team according to deliverables schedule
    • Effective IT skills and ability to work accurately in a pressurized environment with stringent deadlines
    • Should showcase excellent communication skills by effectively communicating with clients through various channels
    • Should have experience writing and executing manual test cases from high level business requirements around web & mobile applications
    • Ability to generate periodic reports and track performance metrics of the team
    • Knowledge of SQL and ability to perform basic troubleshooting to identify system issues
    • Experience acting as a liaison between clients and development team to clarify software requirements
    Terms & Conditions:
    • Candidate should sign 1 year bond
    • 3-months notice period
    • Candidate should submit 1 bank cheque by mentioning 3 months salary on cheque
    • Must relocate to Vijayawada and Work from office
