Job Description

    Role: Business Development ExecutiveExperience: 2-5 yearsLocation: Visakhapatnam, India*Night ShiftsNotice: Immediate-15 daysRoles and Responsibilities:
    • Proven Business Development, Account Management and Vendor Management experience in theUS staffing industry.
    • Develop new clients (Direct / Tier 1 /MSP) for IT staffing business in USA
    • Ability to build business relationships - Have long-term clients who are willing to work with you and who have gained trust over the years working with you
    • Proven record of successfully signing up contracts with new clients and placing resources on various projects
    • Good understanding of US staffing business, sales process and recruitment process.
    • Must have a proven track record of outstanding sales performance in the IT consulting industry and a workable approach for closing new business, and sense of urgency in obtaining new business.
    • Plan and Execute sales strategy & tactics that maximize business opportunities
    • Analyse requirements from clients and work closely with the recruiting team to ensure delivery meets clients expectations.
    • Experienced in Evaluating, Negotiating and Executing Client Contracts as well as Sub Contracts adhering to Company Policies.
    • Experience handling projects and services contracts and SOWs is preferred.
    • Preferable experience in US Staffing, IT Sales, software sales, US Sales, B2B sales or Lead Generation etc.
