Roles and ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the collections performance on various collection parameterssuch as Arrear resolution, Bucket wise resolutions including the Roll forwardrates, Loan loss provisioning, Collection costs, Penal interest collection for theassigned State/s.Managing the collections through teamTravelling to all the locations within the state on monthly basis to review theperformance of each field location.Ensuring smooth execution of the various strategies/drives planned byHO/RO for day to day collection performance improvement. Designing groundlevel plans for executing the team strategies.Periodic performance review of the Team & keeping close control to ensurethe achievement of allocated collection targets on various parameters.Periodic monitoring of the field capacity as per the Avg. Collection Ratio (ACR).Monthly review of the state, location, agency performance, taking action againstthe low performer Team members & agencies.Identifying & suggesting new agencies / DMAs for collection & evaluationbefore empanelment of these new agencies.Ensuring that the ACMs conduct periodic billing & processing of the payouts fortheir agencies / DMAs as per the approved payout grids & maintaining the dataof various collection costs incurred across the states. Monitoring the liquidationof eligible repo assets and ensuring that the team below collects payment forapproved for sale cases timely.Monitoring the Periodic requirement of the receipt books/ HHTs, mobileapp codes / repo kits for the state. Monitoring the deposition of collection amountby the agencies across the state & ensuring timely action against agencies fornon-adherence at ground level.Recommending for initiation of appropriate legal actions in chronic default casesin the state with co-ordination with the Area legal managers. Monitoring the dailyproductivity MIS & shared with the higher management along with the analysisfor the states.Managing the customer service escalations for collection related issues for the state& ensuring amicable resolutions in the same.Providing inputs on the geo limits, negative areas & negative profiles in thevarious geographies in the states managed.Escalation of sales related issues (registration, dealer service issues, etc.) for thedelinquent cases of the state with the RSMs /CBMs on a regular basis.,
