We have clientsacross Manufacturing, Hospitality, Retail, Logistics etc. We are backed by Sequoia and other marqueeinvestors.We are looking for a competitive Team Lead - Field Sales to develop new sales strategies and attractnew clients. The successful salesperson will source new sales opportunities and close sales toachieve quotas.The successful candidate will play a key role in building and scaling the market. Day on dayresponsibilities will include managing a team, negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifyingprospects and managing sales of products and services.As a Team Lead, you will also research sales competition.Responsibilities:Get the sale using various customer sales methods (cold calling, presentations etc). Should be comfortable doing individual as well as team targets Forecast sales,develop out of the box sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness. Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships. Meet personal and team sales targets. Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads. Attend meetings, salesevents and training to keep abreast of the latest developments. Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data. Maintainand expand the client database within your assigned territory.Requirements:Proven sales experience of 5+ Years. Having at least 1 or 2 years of Team Handling experience. Track record of over-achieving quota. Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM. Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management. Should be competent with using tech.
