Job Description

Timely & accurate accounting on day to day basis
Reconciliation of stocks
Generate accurate & timely subsidy documentation.
Maintain & monitor Area Office expenses against approved budget
Provide data related to receivables to sales team for better control on due out standings
Attend internal audit and implement audit recommendations
Data preparation on dealer credit limits
Coordination & Data preparation for negotiations of H &T contractors, WH agents, other vendors
Organize dealers balance confirmations as per SOP
Speedy processing of vendors bills, employees claims etc
Timely closure of accounts
Provide data & monitor actuals against budgets
Visits to dealers for commercial / accounts / stocks related matter / reconciliation
