Job Description

We are hiring for various positions for US & AU Accounting and US Taxation.AU AccountingThis role deals with accounting and taxation for International business entities. You will be required to manage all incoming work-flow from your assigned client. Oversee all the activities performed by accountants. You will be the first point of communication for client. Main objective would be to achieve timely delivery of the client’s work with high accuracyRole Dimensions

  • Operate, support and review the day-to-day accounting operations, month-end activities and processes for designated Australian clients.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions.
  • Interact with the client via email and/or phone (if required).
  • Perform day-to-day duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients.
  • Effectively communicate all escalations to the supervisor.
  • Resolve queries in a timely manner working around the established TATs (turnaround times).
  • Strictly adhere to the SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
  • Train new resources as and when required.
  • Understanding processes and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as and when required.
US TaxationManage incoming work-flow from the client. Oversee all the activities performed by staff accountant. First point of communication for client. Main objective is to achieve timely delivery of work to client with high accuracy.Role DimensionsSpecific duties and responsibilities1) Preparation, review and filing of individual tax returns i.e. Form 1040.2) Preparation, review and filing of business tax returns i.e. Form 1065, 1120 and 1120S.3) Managing and training a team of tax staff.4) Adhering to internal work quality standards.5) Effectively communicate all escalations to the supervisor.6) Resolve queries in a timely manner working around the established TATs (turnaround times).7) Strictly adhere to the SLAs (Service Level Agreements).8) After completion of tax season, work on accounting clients Software Skills9) Understanding processes and documenting them as detailed SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) as and when required.US AccountantTo handle day-to-day client activities, must ensure that all the processing which are coming on daily basis are processed within the turnaround time.Role DimensisSpecific duties and responsibilities
  • Complete the basic accounting processes like Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivables (AR), Daily Sales Report (DSR), General Journal Entries, Payroll Entries, Preparation of Cheques, Fund Transfer etc.
  • Collaborate with the supervisor and designated clients on their respective daily functions Review the accounting and financial reports for the assigned clients. Strictly adhere to the SLAs (Service Level Agreements) Communicate all escalations to the supervisor.
  • Working Accounting Knowledge Interact with the client via email and/or phone (if required).
  • Perform day-to-day job duties that include reviewing the accounting and financial reporting for the assigned clients. Effectively communicate all escalations to the supervisor
