Having sound and good knowledge of Accounting concept and preparation of AccountsKnowledge and experience in working in advance MS-Excel.Documents financial transactions by entering account information.Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documentsMaintains accounting controls by preparing and recommending policies and proceduresAdvising on the financial implications and consequences of business decisions.Summarizes current financial status by collecting informationPreparing and finalizing the balance sheet, profit and loss statement, cash flow statement and other reports as required.Processing year end accounts.Guide other accounting clerical staff by coordinating activities and answering questions of management and external auditors.Proper and timely compliance with TDS deduction and TDS Returns, and other various provisions of Income Tax Act and GST Act and other applicable acts, if any.Preparation and computation and filing GST returns.Maintaining track record of all Bill Receivables and Payable.Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.Maintains financial security by following internal controls.Prepares payments by verifying documentation, and requesting disbursements.
