Admin Assistant / Sales Coordinator - 1 Post Profile of Admin Assistant/ Sales Coordinator: Quote preparation, submission, follow-up with client Receiving purchase order from client and provide delivery schedule to client. Preparation of Tax Invoice Follow up with production team regarding the dispatch date of material Payment follow up with client Preparation of bank related documents & submission Advance license document preparation & submission Preparation of L/ C document & submission to bank Co ordinate with bank for document submission, payment realization, L/ C receipt and payment credit advice Keep the record of dispatch documents and maintain the same as per requirement Follow up with our a/ c dept. for release the payment of agencies Skills: Good communication skills, well versed with English Language, Presentable, Knowledge of Tally ERP 9 would be added advantage.
