    Job DescriptionDesignation : Admin cum Facility Executive/ ManagerDepartment : AdministrationLocation:Nehrunagar, Ahmedabad | ISKCON Cross Roads, AhmedabadJob Overview:We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facility cum Admin Executive to join team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of our facilities and providing administrative support to enhance overall efficiency. The role requires a keen eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. This position is pivotal in maintaining a positive and productive working environment for our team and clients.Key Responsibilities:
    • Facility Management
      • Ove rsee and manage the overall functioning of the office facilities.
      • Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance, repairs, and other facility-related services.
      • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
      • Supervise the cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
      • Monitor and manage office supplies and inventory.
    • Administrative Support
      • Provide administrative assistance to various departments within the organization.
      • Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries and redirect them to the appropriate personnel.
      • Assist in organizing meetings, conferences, and events.
      • Maintain and update records, databases, and filing systems.
      • Manage travel arrangements and accommodation for employees when required.
    • Vendor Management:
      • Negotiate contracts and agreements with service providers and vendors.
      • Evaluate vendor performance and ensure adherence to service level agreements.
      • Source and recommend cost-effective solutions for facility-related services.
    • Security and Access Control:
      • Implement and manage security measures to safeguard company assets and personnel.
      • Control access to the premises and monitor surveillance systems.
    • Communication and Coordination:
      • Liaise with internal teams to address facility and administrative needs.
      • Act as a point of contact for staff regarding facility-related concerns.
      • Communicate effectively with external partners, suppliers, and government agencies.
    Required qualifications and skills:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years experience in facility management and administration, preferably in the hospitality, real estate or Co working industry
    • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
    • Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations related to facility management.
