JD: Project Manager requirement for a CCTNS project for Gujarat State. Resource is required as a project management consultant for the CCTNS project for Gujarat state. The resource should have project management skill with rich experience in working on CCTNS based projects and police projects to implement IT applications. Some roles and responsibilities are as listed below : Coordination in site survey and facilitate sensitization workshops Assist department and help Implementation Agency in finalization of any new changes and change requestsReview the invoices and bills of the implementing agency and provide required response Monitor and review SLAs on periodic basis and ensure smooth operations Review reporting templates. Review all deliverables submitted by the implementing agency Participate in high levPlan, coordinate and support in execution of Change Management Strategies Plan, coordinate and support in implementation of IT policies and associated procedures Document and manage bid for the procurement of any additional requirements of the department UUndertake review of the efforts required for pending and future Change Requests on priority for various applications Undertake review of proposals and suggest necessary amendments for consistency of clauses and operational aspects Key Skills: Mandatory Skills:IT project management, Police or CCTNS projects, Hardware and software procurement knowledge, Large IT project management skills. PMP, Prince 2 etc is preferable.Minimum Experience:10 years.,
