Job Description

    Location - MatodaResponsibilities:Lead the Instrumentation and Electrical department, providing strategic direction and technical expertise in project management, regulatory compliance, and equipment upgrades.Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as USFDA, EMA, and 21 CFR Part 11, by developing and implementing robust systems and processes.Oversee the design, implementation, and validation of instrumentation and electrical systems for new manufacturing facilities and equipment upgrades.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute projects related to equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansions.Conduct regular audits and inspections to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and identify areas for improvement.Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise for instrumentation and electrical systems in collaboration with manufacturing and engineering teams.Stay informed about industry trends. regulatory changes, and best practices related to instrumentation and electrical systems in the pharmaceutical industry.Skills Required and Educational Qualification:Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or a related field. Masters degree preferred.16 to 19 years of experience in instrumentation and electrical engineering, with a focus on project management, regulatory compliance, and equipment upgrades in the pharmaceutical industry.Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements, including USFDA, EMA, and 21 CFR Part 11, related to instrumentation and electrical systems in pharmaceutical manufacturing.Proven experience in leading projects for equipment upgrades, process improvements, and facility expansions in injectable and OSD manufacturing environments.Excellent leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and work cross-functionally.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively,
