-To ensure effective and optimum use of utility service and man-power-To maintain inventory levels of maintenance and spares used in the different machinery-To ensure preventive maintenance of plant, utilities, equipments and machines as per S/C-To attend breakdown maintenance and ensure immediate repair of machineries-To implement Good Engineering Practices, preventive maintenance schedule and records, filter cleaning records, breakdown maintenance and its records, operation, cleaning and maintenance of water and HVAC systems and its records.- Daily interaction with QC department, Production and Quality Assurance Department- To carried out training for staff and workers.- To maintain all documents as per GDP- To perform any project activities with proper estimation, budget, party follow ups,documents and execution as per GMP- To look Environment Health and Safety related activates in the facility in order to keep thefacility safe and healthy with coordination of HR & Admin department- To maintain water system, Generation of Purified water, Water for Injection, Pure steamand drinking water for the facility by providing continuous training to the subordinates at water system- To support in design, review, implementation and compliance of all QMS activities.- To participates and represents departmental activities in internal and external audits- To carry out all project related planning and execution in the facility- Review all cross functional documentations- Approve all engineering department documents- Maintaining building in the facility- Effluent treatment plant related activities- Secondary responsibility - Any other task assigned by management.- BE(Mechanic)with 15 Years (In Pharma Formulation Plant)
