Job Description

    Role: Application EngineerExperience: 3 to 5 YearsLocation: AhmedabadApplication Role
    • Preparing a Proposal based on the RFQ request.
    • Maintaining Inquiry Funnel for the region
    • Identifies and validates specific products based on customers requests and specifications.
    • Locates products in the relevant database to make sure it is available.
    • Prepares the necessary documentation for the products to fit the proposal.
    • Assists the product specialist or interacts directly with the customer to ensure they get the right selection of products.
    • Ensure quality & timeliness of proposal deliverables with zero errors
    • Co-ordinate with internal customers (Operation, services departments).
    • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product meets client needs.
    • Follow-up with customers/consultants for getting technical clearance/approvals.
    • Ensure accurate & timely order processing
    • Preparing documentation as per the order received with the help of the design department and principal
    • Arranging the quotation from vendors and thoroughly reviewing the technical specifications.
    • Participating in direct tenders as per the tender requirement.
    Skills:
    • Having good knowledge of various types of valves and their application
    • Product Knowledge in valves majorly and any electro-mechanical equipment is an added advantage.

    Qualifications:
    • 3 - 5 years of experience in Application and familiarity of products and line of business- valves /pumps etc.
    • Engineering/Diploma from a reputed Institute.
