Job Description

    Designation: AR Executive (Accounts Receivable) (Medical/Dental)Educational Qualifications: Any graduate / UndergraduateNight shift : 6pm to 3:30 AmExperience: 1-3 yearsWe are looking the candidate who are experienced in Voice Process (AR Caller / AR calling) formedical billing in US Healthcare industry.Job Responsibilities:1. Calling Insurance Company on behalf of Doctors / Physician for claim status2. Follow-up with Insurance Company to check status of outstanding claims3. Handle Inbound and Outbound calls from US clients, excluding sales4. Work on denials/rejections within 24-48 Hrs.5. Work on Eligibility and Benefits in details to make sure patients benefits6. Handle out-bound call to resolves insurance related issues7. Verify the credentials of health care professionals8. Strong knowledge in Denial management9. Receive payment information if the claims have been processed10. Ensure deliverable adhere to quality standards11. Work cohesively in a team setting, assist team members to achieve shared goals12. Communication / Issue escalation to seniors if there is any in a timely mannerSkills Required: Candidate should be with strong logical capabilities, analytical and problem-solving skills Good knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer applications Excellent communication skills Convincing skills Attention to Detail Deadline-Oriented Confidentiality Time Management Accuracy Initiative and Teamwork
