Job Description

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Handle sales of blood collection products in the assigned state.
    • Achieve sales, revenue, and profit targets.
    • Manage distributors and direct sales channels.
    • Track sales performance and take actions to meet targets.
    • Work with key accounts team to find new customers and build the companys customer base.
    • Identify market opportunities and increase sales growth.
    • Maintain good relationships with doctors, labs, and other stakeholders.
    • Coordinate with distributors and purchase teams for smooth supply.
    • Ensure strong engagement with key customers.
    Qualifications:
    • Degree in Pharma, Science, or Medical Lab Technology.
    • Degree in Business/Marketing (preferred).
    Experience:
    • Minimum 3 years in diagnostic sales (consumables/kits/instruments preferred).
    Skills:
    • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple tasks and time.
    • Target-oriented and team player.
    • Strong negotiation and business understanding.
    • Good relationship-building skills with doctors, lab staff, distributors, and team.
