The role holder will be primarily responsible for managing post disbursement monitoring and hygiene check of the operational and credit risk associated with Rural Retail Banking (RRB) and Inclusive & Social Banking (ISB) to build a quality portfolio. The role requires extensive experience in managing/ monitoring credit & operational risk for Rural Banking and Microfinance business segment.Rural Retail Banking primarily consist of business segments like KCC, Tractor Finance, Micro Enterprise Finance and Dairy. Inclusive & Social Banking (ISB) consists of Microfinance to JLGs and Micro Individual LoansManaging post disbursement risk monitoring for RRB & ISB Portfolio to generate early warning signals relating to End use check, Customer availability, traceability. Conducting field visits for RRB clients checking the process, policy adherence level.Regular visits of ISB - BC branches to investigate deviations from bank s policyEnsuring adherence to process and policy guidelines basis customer visit and data hindsight.Submitting monthly reports with the key findings and gapsEngaging with local sales, credit, RCU teams for fostering the collaborative environment and ensuring the Reddressal of observationsProviding trends, patterns for key risk areas to senior managementRecommend changes to policy / process based on local nuances / market feedback,
