Job DescriptionJob responsibilities: 1. Maintaining and increasing sales of your companys products. 2. Reaching the targets and goals set for your area 3. Allocating areas to sales representatives/MR. 4. Provide timely feedback to the sales personnel regarding their sales performance. 5. Provide trainings, educational workshops to sales team. 6. Conduct business plan review meetings with sales team. 7. Develop creative promotional strategies to attract more customers. 8. Develop performance improvement plan for sales team to meet performance goals. THE CANDIDATE MUST HAVE AT LEAST 2 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN THE SALES OF HERBAL OR AYURVEDIC PRODUCTS.
