Responsibilities:- Knowledge/ Experience of handling, demonstrating and Selling Pharma products and medical devices. Existing relationship with Anesthesiologists, Critical Care Specialists, Cardiologists and Neurologists. Relations with Biomedical Engineers and Purchase Managers in a Hospital. Develop field work strategy in line with company objective. Generate leads for Respiratory and Critical Care Equipment from Hospitals and Nursing Homes. Conducting comprehensive demonstration of Respiratory and Critical Care Equipment Negotiate Pricing with customers with an aim to enforce company laid pricing against competition. Planning and conducting patient awareness, clinical awareness and other activities to engage the Physician/Hospital. Make well thought out weekly plans in conjunction with respective manager. Draw up full roster of hospitals/dealers and plan to visit them in an efficient manner. Have good clinical knowledge about the disease and should be able to carry out an intellectual discussion with the doctor. Understanding of medical and anatomical terms. ,
