Job Description

Role includes consultative selling Premium Credit Card to niche/ focused segment of top industrialists ( CXO Levels) & Ultra HNI in the country.Responsible for business development through training & engaging with Private banking advisors, Wealth Relationship Managers & Corporate BU RMs.Conduct in-depth assessment of Customer Profile, Create Profile sheet for Credit Initiation process.Engage and build relationships, and deliver a positive customer experience leading to higher spends.Act as interface between internal stake holders to ensure delivering within TAT and fulfillment of the value propositions.Ensuring all performance standards are met iz. Business targets, Quality Parameters, Activation, Relationship Management, Controls and Compliance.Demonstrate the highest levels of controls and compliance adherence in the sales process and in personal conduct.Need to possess a complete knowledge on Product, Policy and Competition offerings.Responsible for ensuring appropriate sales processes are followed, and the highest levels of controls and compliance are adhered.Complaints & Escalations Management on Sales Complaints and implementing learning to strengthening sales governance.Adherence of YES Values driven via Yes Personality standards & Work commitmentComply with Bank s policies and processes.,
