assistant general manager in ahmedabadRoles & ResponsibilitiesEstablishing the Sales Target at the allocated zonal level based on the existing business, competition and new opportunities in line with the corporate sales planning / mission and budgeting for the expenses for sales and marketing activitiesCommunicating the approved Sales Targets at all levels, monitoring the performance against the targets and ensuring that targets are met / exceeded in the zoneIdentifying large potential customers in the allocated zones (Federation, MU & Pvt. Sector) and meeting them to present the organization and its Products, providing offers & following up to enable closure of sales including negotiations as necessary and ensure consistently high conversion ratioMonitoring performance on all activities of the BDMs and KAMs in the zones by ensuring that their targets are planned, communicated and are being met and / exceeded during the periodEnsuring that the BDMs and KAMs plan their field visits and later review their achievementsOngoing market as well as competitors analysis in the zones and report to GM / CEO on new developments and opportunities including cross sellingPlanning and ensuring increased market capitalisation, increased no. of customers in the zones, better profitability in terms of increased per customer / product revenues and decreased per customer / product expensesAnalysing Performance on various fronts from the data in the CRM and identifying opportunities for improvement.
