    We have a job opportunity withIntasPharmaJob Title: FP & A - Assistant ManagerUS Shift - 1 PM- 10 PMMode- Work from officeLocation: AhmedabadAlternate Saturdays offJob Description-FP&A AhmedabadPerform in-depth financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modellingPrepare regular financial reports for senior management, highlighting key financial metrics and performance indicators (KPIs)Conduct profitability analysis by product, by region, or by business segmentSupport senior management in strategic decision-making through data-driven financial insightsPreparing Product level monthly, weekly sales register along with reconciliation with Financials.Provide detailed MIS (Management Information System) reports covering financials, sales, operating expenses, headcount, regulatory and other relevant metricsWork closely with Accounting , commercial, and other business teams to align financial goals with operational objectivesFinancial vs MIS reconciliation for sales & Opex.Provide regular updates on Business Development (BD) projects and keep stakeholders informed about the progress of ongoing initiativesProfessional QualificationCA/ICWA/MBA/ Graduation in Accounting field qualified with a strong academic profile.ExperienceMinimum 3 years post qualification experience in a multinational manufacturing company (preferably pharmaceutical or FMCG industry)Experience in accounting and management reporting software (SAP, icontract etc.).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work with global colleaguesSkillsGO getter and capable of working on its ownTeam player demonstratingStrong administration, attention detail, technically advanced in IT and data management.Passionate dynamic manager with a strong presence with the ability to inspire staff, deliver to deadlines and manage expectations with confidence.Good spoken EnglishIf Interested, Please share your updated resume with mentioned details by reverting on the same mail:-* Total Experience- * Current Salary- * Expected Salary- * Notice Period- * Current Location- * Do have experience in US Market -Thanks & Best Regards,MehakTalent Acquisition Group | Right Advisors Pvt.
