Job Description

    Job Title: Assistant Operations ManagerLocation: AhmedabadIndustry: Facility Management ServicesCTC Offered: 3 LPA - 5 LPAWe are looking for an experienced Assistant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our facility management services. This role ensures the smooth functioning of all operational activities, including supervising on-site teams like technicians, housekeeping staff, and security personnel. The Assistant Operations Manager will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance, ensuring timely resolutions, and monitoring operational performance. The role also involves maintaining high standards of service quality, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and identifying opportunities for operational improvements. You will work closely with the team to maintain a productive and efficient work environment. This is a key role in delivering consistent and high-quality service to our clients.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations and manage on-site teams (technicians, housekeeping, security).Ensure seamless facility operations and resolve maintenance issues promptly.Monitor and improve operational performance to meet service delivery standards.Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental (HSE) regulations.Implement continuous improvement initiatives for better service quality.Foster a high-performance work environment within the team.Required Qualifications & Experience:Experience: 3-5 years in operations, preferably in facility management.Education: Graduation in any field, preferably in operations management or related disciplines.Key Skills: Operations Management, Facility Management, Maintenance, HSE Compliance, Staff Supervision.
