Job Description

    Position: Assistant Sales ManagerDepartment: TPD Banca SalesJob Summary: This position focuses on building and maintaining strong relationships with bank partners and their staff. You will provide training and support to enable them to offer health insurance policies to their clients, ensuring top-tier customer service.Key Duties:
    • Retail Sales Execution:Facilitate ongoing sales through existing partnerships, contributing to the regions success. Identify potential clients by gathering insights from the bank, make direct sales presentations, and collaborate with channel partners to drive sales growth.
    • Distributor Support and Profiling:Assess the needs of distributors and offer customized solutions to ensure consistent business flow.
    • Distributor Engagement & Empanelment:Conduct regular meetings, onboard new distributors, and activate their participation to drive business growth. Keep the sales portal updated with key information for effective data management and analysis.
    • Sales Follow-Up:Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects to close sales deals efficiently.
    Requirements:
    • Graduate degree required
    • Age limit: Up to 30 years
    • Must be a local resident with a well-established social network
    • Willingness to work in field sales with travel requirements
    • Must have a two-wheeler
