  • Managing exhaustive long range planning process (NPD GeoEx LRP) through collaboration with regions and finance
  • Perform Business & Financial Analysis, Impact Analysis & Scenario Building to arrive at commercially feasible outcome
  • Develop various exhaustive Dashboards for
(1)Sales & SGP performance (2)Regulatory performance Product Launches & Submissions & Approvals
  • Collaborate and Devlop the strategy and plan for various short term and long term projects assigned from time to time
  • Coordinate and execute product launches through alignment with Project Management, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Supply Chain & Quality
  • Evaluate Supply Chain Issues across Pharma GBU manufacturing sites (Halle, Bloomington & Round Lake) and lead to positive closure through collaborating with stake holders involve
  • Monitor quality related issues and evaluate the business impact enabiling management to plan mitigation.
