Job Description

    We are seeking a skilled and experienced Statistician to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in analyzing data, developing statistical models, and providing insights that will inform key business strategies and initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects across various departments, contributing to the growth and success of the company.Department: Brand Partnership, Research & insightsJob Type: FullTime (Work from Office)Location: AhmedabadExperience - 2 to 3 yearsROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Design and implement statistical methodologies to analyze large datasets and uncover insights and patterns within the data Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design research methodologies and survey instruments that align with project objectives. Ensure that survey designs are statistically sound and capable of generating reliable data Design and execute hypothesis tests to evaluate research hypotheses and. answer key business questions Conduct complex statistical analyses on survey data, including but not limited to multivariate analysis, cluster analysis, factor analysis, and time series analysis Develop predictive models using regression analysis, logistic regression, decision trees, and other advanced modeling techniques Build robust models to forecast consumer behavior, market trends, and business performance Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through clear and concise reports, presentations, and visualizations Conveying analysis and recommendations via presentations and written reportsSKILLS & EXPERIENCE: Masters or Ph.D. in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field. Proven experience (2-3 years) in statistical analysis and data modeling, preferably in a market research or data analytics environment Proficiency in statistical software such as R, Python, SAS, or SPSS. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful conclusions. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical audiences. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality, accurate work. Experience with machine learning techniques and big data technologies is a plus,
